We look forward to everyone joining us for our first annual event on…
3 June 2020
Boston – 17 April 2020 – It is with sadness we have decided to cancel Teams Thursday New England 2020. Before the crisis hit, we had great enthusiasm for the event from speakers, sponsors, and attendees. Even after rescheduling from April 2 to June 3, everyone wanted to stay involved.
At this point, we feel the community is well-served with the many virtual events already on the schedule for the next few months. Rather than trying to turn TTNE into a virtual event, we’d like to suggest you join one of these upcoming events, which will have great content covering the Microsoft Teams ecosystem and so much more:
If you’ve been able to attend our series of Teams VirtualMania Clinics, thanks for joining us. If you missed them, you can watch the videos and review the associated content on our Webinars page.
We realize you may have made travel or other plans which you will now need to change, and for this we apologize.
We hope you, your friends, and your families are staying safe in this difficult time.
If you have any questions, please let us know by emailing email@example.com.

Boston – 10 March 2020 – Unfortunately, we’ve had to reschedule Teams Thursday New England. We’re hearing about more local companies asking their employees to work from home as well as other events being postponed.
In an abundance of caution, we are postponing TTNE to June 3 – which is a Wednesday. We hope you will understand the naming dissonance, given the circumstances. (There weren’t any Thursdays available in the foreseeable future at the Microsoft facility in Burlington.)
We’d like to ask everyone to stick with us; we hope you will be able to join us on the new date – June 3. If you can’t attend, we would appreciate it if you could cancel your registration.
The event is promising to be a great one. We’ve gotten attention from our friends at Microsoft and hope this event will serve as a template for future Teams Thursdays elsewhere. Even with the coronavirus issues, we’re almost sold out of tickets, with 230 registrations.
As always, if you have any additional questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We’re building on the great tradition of SharePoint Saturday to bring you Teams Thursday New England.
In case you didn’t know, SharePoint Saturday was started by Michael Lotter, Susan Lennon, and Kevin Israel on January 10th, 2009 in Virginia Beach. With that long history, we know we have a model that works.
