The most common disruption in a time like this is to everyday work: the projects or tasks we work together on daily. In this edition of the series, we’ll focus on how to stay productive when you can’t just walk down the hall to talk to your co-workers, or schedule an impromptu meeting in the conference room and use the white board. We’ll also talk about how to recreate some of that spontaneity, even fostering appropriate, inclusive conversations up and down the hierarchy.
